Monday: 5:30 p.m - 7:00 p.m  
Tuesday: 6:30 p.m - 8.00 p.m
Thursday: 6:30 p.m - 8:00 p.m

Training philosophy


One of the key aspects of training in Filipino martial arts is the emphasis on practicality. Techniques are designed to be effective in real-world self-defense situations. This means that training is focused on developing practical skills that can be applied in real-world scenarios. Students learn to move with fluidity, speed, and power, as well as how to use weapons such as sticks, knives, and other improvised weapons
The training is suitable for everyone from beginners to advanced/experts. Through years of experience we are able to adapt the training to the needs of the participant.
The training usually consists of fitness, technique and reflex/stress units, always adapted to the respective level.
It is very important to us to create a trusting atmosphere that allows for the growth of each individual. We pay a lot of attention to the composition of our training community.
